Below is a list of HR-focused models that we use to analyze your data. We have also listed a number of models that are coming soon. We are continually adding models to our library.
The models determine if a statement contains words and phrases associated with the theme of a given model. Every statement is given a score from 0 to 100% that tells you the strength of this association. A score greater than 50% indicates an association. The higher the percentage, the stronger the association.
The models are binary classifiers and organize data into two groups based on a classification rule. They are trained to classify data based on examples of text that are not associated with a theme (“negative association”, score <50%) and examples of text that are (“positive classification”, score >50%). We have trained these models so you can use them to classify your own data. Try to classify your own statements and get a feel for how this works.
